ENTRIES CLOSE ON 26th JULY 2024



The form below is the online Entry Form.  Complete it as fully as you can . 

Make a note of your class numbers chosen (remember to also include) 

• First Aid Donation of £2.00 which is a requirement of entry
  
•  Stabling if required 
  
• Camping pitch if required
• Your PAYPAL email address if you have a Paypal account or we can even request money to your normal email to enable you to pay by debit card if you don't. We are also allowing bacs payments now but make sure you tick the box if you wish details sending to you
  
• A fixed charge of £2.00 on top which is to cover Paypal and Card fees (bacs payments will not incur fees)

***  IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REFUNDS & ENTRY FEES ***

ENTRY FEES

ALL entry fees must be fully paid up by entries closing date, otherwise your entry will not be valid and will exclude you from attending the show

NON-ATTENDANCE

In the event that you do not attend the show for whatever reason, we will not offer a refund of any entry fees. However, if you supply us with a letter from either a Veterinary Surgeon or a Doctor, indicating a genuine reason for non-attendance due to injury or any condition that precludes you attending, then we will be happy to roll over your entries to the next Society breed show (but be aware that would not cover any additional price increases applied in the following year if that were the case and any transfer of fees would not include stabling or fees already paid to the original venue, that cannot be retrieved)
